TECHNICAL WHITE PAPER — NOETIC INDUSTRIES, MAY 2026 1 SATS V.4: A Multi-Engine Agnostic Framework for Deterministic O(1) Time-Series Abstraction and Topological Anomaly Detection Patrice Portemann Independent Researcher & histoire-des-sciences.eu patrice@portemann.eu Abstract—This paper presents the formal specification of SATS V.4 (Spectral-Agnostic Topos Solver), a novel multi-engine algorithmic framework designed for real-time risk modeling, feature extraction, and anomaly detection across heterogeneous streaming data. By decoupling heavy non-Markovian fractional calculus and Persistent Homology from the execution thread, SATS V.4 projects high-dimensional continuous state spaces into a minimal latent triplet of calibrated residues (Rc, Rdyn, Rtop). These invariants are compiled offline into discrete Look-Up Tables (LUTs) cataloging 80 distinct Morphological Resonant Modes (MRM).
